Dr. Alexis K. del Rosario, DMD
Dr. Alexis del Rosario is a compassionate and dedicated general dentist who brings a strong commitment to patient care and a global perspective to her work. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. del Rosario earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa in 2010. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Rush University in 2011 before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2017.
Before joining Grand Central Smiles, Dr. del Rosario practiced in a private dental office in northwest Florida and served as a contract dentist for the Army National Guard, where she provided essential dental care to service members.
With a heart for outreach and service, Dr. del Rosario has volunteered with Remote Area Medical and participated in dental mission trips to Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru. Her conversational Spanish has been an invaluable asset in connecting with and treating patients in underserved communities.
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental care, Dr. del Rosario regularly attends continuing education courses through Spear Education and actively participates in local study clubs. She has also been a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
Dr. del Rosario is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment. She believes in treating each patient with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to improve their oral health and overall well-being.
